The Spice Girls have finally met their maker. Or rather, the dinner table of a police squad. Find out everything about it on our
horrible truth about the spice girls page.
|
| 18-5-2000: |
Found some really cool stuff online ... the dialectizer. So now we can mutate our text into several horrible accents!
Cool ey? Check our cool sites page for more!
|
| 19-4-2000: |
Finally we've included our fun stuff department into the site (More things about walruses coming your way soon!). So now we have
a real space to put our nonsense pages, and we're going to publish more weird stuff pretty soon, I promise :))
|
| 18-4-2000: |
Well, the truth has been revealed. About scarfs that is. Click the wallrus on the main page for more info...

It has been a pretty slow week lately. I still haven't been motivated enough to do something useful with fredscape.com. We've had some pretty
cool ideas but we haven't had the time to implement them. But you'll see some more sick humour coming to fredscape pretty soon :)
|
| 7-4-2000: |
So we're back again. It has been pretty damn silent for some time now, here at the Fredscape Collective, but we have had a momentary lapse in our creative
our usual style of expressing our sick ideas. And we forgot our password too. We're pretty lame sometimes aren't we? :)
Anyway, the site will see some new content and other stuff so don't worry, we're still here!
|
| 19-2-99: |
Well, after years of just thinking and dreaming about it, we've finally done it and created the fredscape.com domain. We have some vague ideas about getting a bit more serious with our presence on the web, so we'd thought this new domain is a rather nice step in the right direction. Or something like it...
Anyway, we'll just wait and see what rolls out, okay?
|
| 12-06-98: |
So, you started wondering when those mad dudes at the Fredscape Collective would wake up and realize that their site sucks and hasn't been up to date for ages!? Well, we just did, except for the sucking part, so we've done some things to make your lives a bit easier. We've moved the entire section that was located on that crappy and slow (especially for you guys and gals from the states) huizen.nhkanaal.nl server to our webspace at the much faster www.cybercomm.nl website. So now you should all bow down and revere us. Thank you, thank you... ;-)

The music page has been updated with a tweaked look, and the cool sites department has had a number of new additions together with a new look. So if you happen to know a cool site that deserves a link please check out this page and submit it!
|
| 20-10-97: |
Well, we've been quite busy lately, but we haven't had the time to update this page accordingly. So here it is :).
The Modspage has been heavily updated, and so has the Aphex Twin homepage. But we've have done much more, not only with the regular updating but also with the relocating of Teccie's entire piece of The Collective, for the server he used (www.dra.nl) will be discontinued within a week or two. So everything has been moved to the new www.nhkanaal.nl server...

We've restyled and updated the MODS-page, with some new categories, a new font and some major improvements. Check it out!! The Fredscape Mod Collective |
| 17-5-97: |
Our latest addition is a page in the style of the infamous Ben Cramer Homepage, called The Horrible Thruth about the Spice Girls. It explains the true origins of this group and its destiny. This is a must for every Spice Girls fan, but also for everyone that hates them.
The Truth About The Spice Girls |
| 15-5-97: |
We made another page about a very cool Techno-artist: Tom Jenkinson a.k.a. Squarepusher! With info about him, cd reviews, 12" reviews and links!
Squarepusher |
| 8-5-97: |
Today we've updated the entire lay-out of the Collective! Nice eh? ;)
| 11-4-97: |
Finally we've managed to get it: a site-specific search engine, specially created to help you find what you're looking for. Now you'll be able to navigate around the Collective by feeding keywords into the engine!
Search the Collective! |
| 1-4-97: |
This new page is dedicated to our favourite artist: Aphex Twin. Since there is so little information about this prodigal techno-artist available on the web we've decided to create something ourselves and guide you into the wonderful world of screaming hard techno and velvet ambient this man has created.
The Fredscape Collective's Aphex Twin Page |

Yes, the new part of the music collective has come on-line: The Fredscape Mod Collective!. With lots of new mods and interesting sorts of music. So you can see the music page has been updated too :)
|
| 16-3-97: |
I've updated the Menu-bar again, the buttons are using a diffrent piece of JavaScript to function, and I've updated the Reactions page and the Query Page, so check them out and tell us what you think!
|
| 27-2-97: |
Upgraded the Menu-bar!!
Finally I've updated the menu-bar (on your left), and this means that the buttons and the menu-frame have been made smaller. Also included for those of us using Netscape Navigator 3.0 or better: glowing menu-buttons!!! Also updated the Music page (again).
|
| 25-2-97: |
Added this page! :) Furthermore, I removed all those search-engines from the Cool Sites page, for these engines aren't really cool in any way but just handy. They're still there, but on a new page: Search with the Collective!!!!
I also updated the Computer page; I added a short introduction and added the new link UTILS. I've included the very cool ICQ program to the UTILS page, and it's a must to have so
And our music department has had a small face-lift too....
|
| 24-1-97: |
The creation of the Collective!
On this date we (Fredman & Teccie) combined our efforts on the WWW and created the Fredscape Collective: two sites, one spirit!
It's also the day that we put a NedStat counter on the bottom of our menu-bar to get a better view of the amount of visitors the Collective gets.
|
| 19-1-97: |
I added a cool new picure of Ben Cramer to the Ben Cramer homepage!
I was crawling around the web when I stumbled across a site where you could hire Ben Cramer to sing for you, and it featured a rather cool picture of the good man, so after some extensive tweaking and editing it got a prominent place on the Ben Cramer Homepage
