Cool sites
red line
This page is dedicated to sites we think are useful, funny or generally worth looking at. Since the web is an hothouse for new and interesting stuff, it's rather impossible to keep an eye on every new page, so if you know interesting resources on the web (like, er, your own pages or something...), don't hestitate to let us know!!! You can submit those sites to us with our little

CoolSiteMailFormThingie
Submitted sites will be reviewed and, if they're really worth it, placed on this page....

So here they are....

Soda Play
Sodaplay is something really and unbelievably cool. Play and tinker with some really bizarre creatures made out of springs and point-masses. And you can create your own ones too! This will definately keep you really busy!!!

the Dialectizer
This is an awesome site for all you maniacs out there. You can take a normal piece of english, paste it into the dialectizer (or mutate-o'-matic) and generate some really cool dialect-variant of it. Truly cool!!!

PythOnline
Those of you that truly and utterly hate everything that is or has to do with british humor should not go to this site. For those of you that adore it it's a must, simply because of the fact that those terriffic chaps of Monty Python have gone on-line and have created one of the most brilliantly dumb sites of all. Simply Great!!!

People Against Poodles
You are right if you happen to be terrified when seeing a poodle, for these horrible little creatures are evil and must be erradicated before it is too late! Not unlike the Spice Girls, really. And this site has a tremendous bonus: Poodle Recipes! So this site is great for hungry people too! Come and see and kick those damned little beasts off the face of our planet!

research @ IBM
Big blue didn't grow so big by just inventing the PC, but more because they came up with some ground-breaking innovations that pushed the boundaries of our knowledge into new and mysterious areas. But it's not only pure science, they have practical uses too! Like the atomic-scale abbacus, the first calculator on nano-scale. And more...

Spacezone
The latest stuff on space exploration is available here, on this massive site about space (the final frontier...). It looks great, is fast, and tells you all about current space-exploration programs and future developments. Its also has a great amount of pictures, so you can get acquainted with our future realm...

Cooltype
This site is a MUST for all of you using Photoshop, that great graphics program brought to you by those fantastic blokes at Adobe. It has an enourmos amount of hints and tips to achieve stunning effects with photoshop, and it looks absolutely great too!!

The Borg Institute Of Technology
Yes, not only they threaten the entire galaxy in the Star Trek series, but they have even opened up their own side on the Web to inform you about their race and the upcoming assimilation of our planet. And, of course, we of the Fredscape Collective can't forget to link this one up, for the good of the Collective (whichever that may be) is everything :)

Meccaworld
This is a very cool site dedicated to computer gaming...you can download all sorts of demos, patches and stuff, and there are loads of reviews, previews and the like, so if you're a bit of a gaming fanatic yourself, you really should visit this very cool site!

The Journal of Ideas
This is a *very* interesting place to visit, for it contains ideas and reports that blow your mind. For instance, in issue 4 of their journal they published a number of reports regarding a anti-gravity device constructed by some Finnish scientists....and they claim it works! Definitively worth taking a look at, that's for sure!

DisInformation
I stumbled on this site a few days ago, and it caught my eye instantly. Ever wondered oubout government conspiracies? Alien abductions? Important government information that is witheld from the public? That freedom of press, speech and opinion is limited? Well, it's all true, and that's what this site is all about. rather nice, isn't it?

The Ben cramer Homepage!
When I first started with my homepage, back in the 94s, I thought that an original page might just draw some attention. So I created a humouristic page about a rather famous Dutch artist called Ben Cramer, and it has been a (rather small) success. But since I've created it, a lot of people got inspired and made pages with the same mold, including the forementioned Mary Servaes X-perience. I think I should consider myself lucky for the fact my page wasn't reviewed in De Telegraaf, because I think Ben Cramer would have showed up personally to kick my ass. But who knows what's next to come... :)

Technosphere
This site is a nice one, I think. Create your own artificial life-form and set it loose in a computer-generated world, where it will compete with beasties created by others. You'll be informed on your beastie's life at regular intervals via E-mail. If you think you're a God, you'll gonna love this one!
